Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Flaglet Kids mobile application provided by Teko Trade LLP.
Purpose
Flaglet Kids is an educational application for learning countries, flags, continents, and capitals through reference materials and games.
Permitted use
You may use the application for lawful personal and educational purposes. You must not reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, or misuse the application or its content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Educational information
We take reasonable care to keep educational content accurate, but geographic names, borders, classifications, and other information may change or differ between sources. The app is not a substitute for official geographic or legal information.
Intellectual property
The application, its original interface, text, illustrations, audio, and branding belong to Teko Trade LLP or are used under applicable licences. National flags and other public-domain materials remain subject to their respective legal status.
Availability and liability
The application is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Teko Trade LLP is not liable for indirect loss arising solely from use or temporary unavailability of the application.
